This blog contains tons of helpful and insightful tutorials on making webcomics. Tips & tricks from which programs to use to how to get readers to interact with your webcomic site. It has a gallery up for those seeking inspiration, forums, and a long archive of blogs all the way from June 2009. So really, I see no reason as to why you shouldn't check this site out and visit it often for it's great advice.
There's really nothing more I can say about this site other that it's just awesome. If you're a webcomic artist than this is the perfect guide for you. I know it is for me now. And with any luck, it'll improve my skills with Ranters Review's own webcomic. :3
