Pixlr is an online photo editing tool. It's basically a bootleg version of Photoshop that's available online for free. No download is required to use it, you just simply go to the site and start editing like you would with Photoshop.
I still would prefer to use Photoshop or even Paint.net. Unfortunately, at the moment I don't even have my own computer so this is the best option for me and for those who can't afford Photoshop and/nor wants to download anything. If you're an artist then you should give this site a shot if you can't get your hands on anything else.
